The Following checklists are intended to provide you with the opportunity to establish your own budget indications of cost for the proposed move or refurbishment, as well as confirming your space requirements.

Space Planning
If you are planning to move to a new premises the decision concerning how much space to allocate should really be made before connitting to a lease or purchase. Allow for future expansion at least up until the first break clause in the lease.

Budget
The costing analysis is intended to provide you a rapid budget summary and likely costs. In addition to those listed there will be certain items peculiar to your organisation, remember to include these too. Our intention is to minimise the risk of overspend after budgets have been agreed.
